Processing Time and Shipping Schedule

Our current processing time is 10-15 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Each piece is made to order in my studio in Chester, VA. We offer a wide variety of sizes, colors, and designs, which is why the process takes a bit longer.

How to Wash and Care for Your Custom Items

We want your item to last years and years! We recommend washing everything in cold water and hanging or laying flat to dry. Steam or iron inside out without applying heat directly to your design.

Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

Because we purchase the garment as soon as the order is placed, we cannot offer cancellations on orders. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us at annnettedecor@gmail.com as soon as you can! We'll do our best to make your order right. If you entered the wrong address, contact us ASAP with the correct address. We will try our best to change it. Order changes can be attempted within 24 hours of purchase, but are not guaranteed.
