Candle Care | How-Tos
• On the first burn, allow your candle to melt evenly across the top — about 3–4 hours.
• Before each relight, trim your wick to 1/8” to keep your flame clean and steady. (You can gently remove charred bits with nail clippers or your fingertips.)
• Discontinue use when approximately 1/2” of wax remains at the bottom of your vessel to protect your surface and preserve your piece
REFUND POLICY
At Ann Nette Decor, each vessel is thoughtfully sourced and authentically vintage. Because of their history and character, pieces may feature natural markings, patina, tarnish, light scratches, or signs of age — this is part of their charm and story.
If your order arrives damaged in transit, or if your candle does not perform properly within 90 days of purchase, we’re here to help. Please email us with photos so we can assess eligibility for return or replacement.
Approved returns must be shipped back at the buyer’s expense.
Due to limited studio storage space, we are unable to hold candles — no exceptions.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
